It is 40 X 46..a nice size for wrapping a little one I hope. I used some Valdani varigated thread again to do an all over loop de loop.
Nothing fancy about the quilt or the quilting. Just quick. I used more of the yellow fabric for the backing. It's good putting some stash to work with these simple quilts.
It also feels good to be making progress on some of the flimsies even if I am wimping out and doing the easy ones first!
Here is Sailboat.
Both Tom and seem to have picked up a stomach virus and are on our third day of battling that. I got sick Sunday and he started feeling it yesterday afternoon. Nothing serious..just uncomfortable and inconvenient with so much to do in the next few weeks. Hopefully today will see it banished from the house.
Happy Quilting.

Hey I thought you were going to take it slow. O thats right this is your slow only 1 block done. My dear frirnd I hope you take time to rest so you will start to feel better and then when this weather breaks you can do what ever you want. I sure hope you and Thom start feeling better soon.
Cute child's quilt!
Congratulations on getting another quilt finished! You seem to get so much stitching done I am really jealous, especially since this ankle business has practically shut my sewing down since June. I need to get motivated now that I might be able to use my machine soon. Have loved all your applique blocks.
Keep up the good work.

Mary, how cute and I love the name.
Oh, how funny is that name. I love it, too cute! Some more beautiful blocks too!
My whole family had a virus last week and my DH still isn't over it completely. I hate being sick, too much to do to feel bad. Get better quickly.
Hello Mary and Tom, I hope by today you will be feeling better!!!
Your baby quilt is darling and your block as always is top notch! Thanks for sharing and feel better soon.
Quilty hugs, Carolyn
I love all the baby quilts you've been doing lately and I think your DT2 blocks are even more beautiful than DT1 and that's an incredible beautiful quilt. Can't wait to see the end result.
Hope you and Tom will get better soon.
