My mystery top is finished. I added a 5" white tone on tone border around and now it's a generous sofa size...60 X 73". Maybe I can get it quilted this weekend or next week at least. Still debating on either a flange or colored binding. Isn't this a neat pattern? It's still available free at Iowa Star Quilts
My eye is doing so well today...no pain, barely a bit of scratchiness. At my check up it tested 20/20. Guess I'll have to change my avatar one of these days..to one without glasses.
Snow is supposed to be headed our way. I'm praying it takes a detour. At the moment it's raining and 38ยบ so it could start getting nasty out there soon.

Your quilt is just wonderful Mary!!
I hope the snow misses you too. We are to expect another blast Sunday, just what we need with all the flooding in North Dakota.

Mary, I am glad the result of the surgery is so good. And I can't wait to see the top quilted, it will be a wonderful quilt.
Your quilt is beautiful. I love your color choices as I'm crazy about a scrappy look. I've got to go get that pattern. Thanks for sharing.
Mary did you get a bit of snow after all? I have been watching the news off and on and feel for all those with so much snow and blizzard conditions.
